Where to go for the 2026 Singapore public holidays
Singapore long weekends (3 to 4 days)

Recommended flight time: Less than a 4hr flight from SG
Recommended destinations: Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao
There are six long weekends in 2026, which means you get 3 days of break without having to file any leave:
– Good Friday (3 to 5 April)
– Labour Day (1 to 3 May)
– Vesak Day (30 May to 1 Jun)
– National Day (8 to 10 Aug)
– Deepavali (7 to 9 Nov)
– Christmas Day (25 to 27 Dec)
However, if you do end up taking your leave on the days we had suggested earlier, you can get eight long weekends — giving you up to 4 days of travel.
For those looking to head out of the country, we recommend going somewhere that takes less than 4 hours by flight. Of course, there’s still a lot of fun to be had going across the Causeway to good ol’JB 😎
