1) Covid Vaccination Cert

Download your digital vaccination certificate via Notarise.

The vaccination certificate is only valid if:
– It’s been 14 days after the second dose
– Vaccine is recognised on the World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing — including Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty and Moderna

Singapore-issued vaccination certificates have been recognised as the equivalent of Europe’s Digital Covid Certificate — travellers can be exempted from restrictions like Covid tests and quarantine when moving across borders in Europe and 18 non-EU countries.

*Note: When travelling across Europe, you can upload your vaccination certificate on any of the Covid apps designated by the country of visit and have it stored on your phone.

2) Travel Insurance

– Some countries require a minimum amount of Covid coverage
– Examples of coverage include overseas medical expenses, quarantine overseas, repatriation, trip cancellation due to Covid

3) Pre-departure PCR/ART test

– Professionally administered PCR or ART test within 48 hours before departure
– From an internationally accredited or recognised laboratory, clinic, or medical facility in the VTL country
– Test certificate must be in English
– Test certificate must state the date taken, traveller’s name, date of birth or passport number

*Note: Submit an SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with pre-trip health and travel history declaration three days before arrival in Singapore.

4) On-arrival PCR Test (SG)

– Take on-arrival PCR test at Changi Airport, booked before departure
– Take self-swab ART test on days two, four, five, six
– Take supervised self-swab ART test on days three and seven at a Combined Test Centre or Quick Test Centre
